We have “fixed price” fees for self-paid patients. We ask you to pay at the time of your visit.

We offer free vaccines (FCVS Program) to uninsured children 0-18 years old. (Cost of administration is $16). We will provide you with information about very affordable options for your lab work and medications for your treatment.
